Quartz Sleeve To Fit  LUXE 12w UV Systems

A quartz sleeve works by protecting the Ultra Violet bulb from the water. O-rings create a watertight seal to keep the water out of the light fittings. We recommend that when changing the sleeve, the o-rings and Teflon washers are changed too, to ensure a secure leak-free connection.

UV sleeve cleaning & replacement – Clean every year replace every 2-3 years

Water running through a UV system often carries minerals and sediment. These contaminants will eventually build up on the UV quartz sleeve that protects the UV lamp. This build-up will cloud the sleeve and inhibit the UV light from penetrating the water – allowing microorganisms to pass by without being killed. In order to keep the quartz sleeve clean and operating well, the glass must be cleaned regularly – at least yearly when the lamp is changed. However, cleaning may need to occur more often depending on water quality. It is recommended that the sleeve be replaced every 2-3 years

You must return your goods within 30 days from delivery. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

If you’ve had it less than 30 days…

We’ll happily let you return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty or not what you ordered or decided you do not now want to keep it,

you’ll get the choice of a replacement or refund, and if Faulty or not what you ordered we’ll refund the return delivery charge also.

If the product is not faulty and you would still like to return it, the product should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

As soon as we get the item back, we'll sort out your refund or replacement - Just allow for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund. It may take a few days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
