I have 18 sets of this the 2 piece valve guide used in Ford 60 hp flatheads.  Main photo is the stock photo from catalog. All of these guides have been stored for many years and time has come for me to downsize my inventory.  As shown in the detailed pictures, these guides were wrapped in a cardboard sleeve.  All were removed and soaked in Evapo-rust to remove the light amount of oxidation.  Evapo-Rust is a non-corrosive rust remover dip for restoring rusty treasures. With Evapo-Rust you can remove rust to bare metal without sanding or scrubbing. Evapo-Rust is the best rust remover available on the market today that employs chelating to remove oxidation. A bluish/black coating remains.  After rinsing and wiping down, all guides were soaked in WD40.  Additional cleaning/preparation may be necessary prior to use.  Buyers need to determine acceptability.
