This listing is for a NEC D8748 8-bit microprocessor with EPROM. NEC chips is a clone of the Intel 8748. The chip had 64KB of RAM and 1KB of EPROM. The body is white ceramic, the lid/cap is gold and quartz, and the 40-leads are gold. The chip is in excellent condition (see pictures). This chip would make a great addition to your microprocessor collection.
