1. We Accept Payment Through Paypal Only.

2. The eBay members must fulfill the requirement. (PayPal verified and confirmed address; the account holder must be the receiver).

3. Please complete your payment within 2 days after the item is won. If you have difficulty completing your payment within the required time, please contact us. Non-Pay Dispute will be filed against your account after the 2th day.

4. Our price does not include Duties, Value Added Taxes, Customs Clearance Fees, and other charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

5. The buyer needs to pay for the above fees in case that occurred for certain goods. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay those fees, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer completes those fees and pay all the return and resend cost. The buyer can not cancel the order or request a refund due to this reason.

• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-5 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you upon receipt. A select few part numbers may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive, but will be shipped the day we receive them.
• Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 2-5 days
• Your order may be expedited for an additional cost. Please request assistance through the "Contact Us" tab.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. Otherwise you will be promptly refunded.

All items sold by us are being described to the best of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on our part. However, to avoid any potential oversights, we respectfully request your assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory transaction by THOROUGHLY reviewing item description and photos, and asking all questions PRIOR TO BIDDING.

We stand behind the quality of all of our products. All products are double inspected before stocking and dispatching. However, sometimes mistake may slip by and the product may get damaged during the process of delivery.

If such trouble occurs to you, please take a minute to refer to the following instruction.

If the package arrives at your location with obvious shipping damage (including broken envelop, empty package and etc), please refuse the shipment.

If you find the item is defective after you accept the shipment, please save everything that is attached in the package, including all the documents, and contact us immediately, either through eBay message or email address.

You should state your item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly in your email. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you send.

And please bear in mind that you should contact us within 3 days since the day you receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the defective item.
