This gonio lens is used for viewing the anterior chamber angle and central & peripheral retina.
This lens has three mirrors angles at 59°, 66°, and 73° and it is arranged at 120° intervals to permit viewing of the fundus and anterior chamber angle. The posterior pole is also observable through the central axis of the lens.
