This is a Phoenix Contact 2708232 Subcon-Plus-Profib/SC2 Profibus Connector. The Profibus cables exit diagonally at 35°, so it will fit in many tight spaces, e.g. in Allen-Bradley Powerflex 70 drives.

The terminating resistors are built-in and activated with a switch. Separate terminals for each Profibus cable, in and out. (There are actually two sets of terminals--you just use one on the side where you brought in the cables, thus the angle can point either way.) The shields terminate to the housing.
