We send packages daily (except weekend) and therefore would appreciate your prompt payment. We ship all items via Aus Post or Sendle unless otherwise stated. If you need the item quicker in shipping, we would be more than happy to try and accommodate your request.

Please note that we cannot change your address after you checkout. All payments can be made through WestPac Bank Transfer/deposit and Paypal but e-cheques are not accepted (any orders paid by this method will be automatically cancelled). Payment is due immediately upon buying the item. In the event payment is not made within 3 days, eBay will automatically open an unpaid case.

Returns & Purchases:

Returns only apply to 'Buy-It-Now' list items. We do not accept returns for items that are BRAND NEW that have been opened/utilized.

Before deciding to return the item, you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods in your possession. This includes any packaging which forms part of the goods such as card, pins, plastic bags and etc. Bundling a suit creased into a tiny bag is not acceptable.

Please note that we closely inspect and security mark all items before dispatching, therefore any deliberately damaged garments will not be refunded but will be returned to sender. We are NOT directly liable for any lost or damaged goods once item is shipped, but we'll try our best to solve the problem with buyers.

If your purchase does not fit you and you require a return for a refund, we are more than happy to do so, however all of our items have been measured and described as accurate as possible. If you do need to return an item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and return back to us within 3 Post Office working days (Saturday included) from receiving the item from us.
