Shipping
At NextGear all orders are processed and packaged the following business day after the order is complete except for those auto parts ordered over the Weekend on Friday - Saturday or Sunday. Weekend orders are processed immediately on Monday. In the event we have a problem with your order, NextGear will attempt to contact you by eBay Messages. eBay Messages are always closely monitored and answered as quickly as possible!
The NextGear automotive professionals spend a great deal of time listing all auto parts details - including a fitment chart, any special details, dimensions, shipping options, and much, much more when available or applicable! Take Note: MOST ALL OF NEXTGEAR'S AUTO PARTS ARE OFFERED WITH FREE SHIPPING! However, in some cases there will be an additional charge for shipments - please read the listing for all details - at NextGear we make all efforts to note the shipping services available from free shipping to local pickup at our Warren, Michigan Warehouse. All Shipping costs are estimated by eBay and typically are a fair estimate of freight costs. If eBay significantly underestimates freight costs, a representative at NextGear will contact you as soon as possible with a shipping quote for the difference.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact NextGear through eBay messages. Please include all details of why you are returning with any photos to support your return claim. Once approved by a NextGear representative, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We always guarantee - if you receive any defective part, not the part you ordered, or any damaged part due to shipping by SAE Parts will be refunded and/or replaced at no cost to you.
We understand mistakes happen when ordering on line - maybe you ordered the wrong part, or the wrong color, or you just changed your mind...No Problem! We do not ever charge restocking fees. Any shipping costs incurred from your original order are non-refundable.
