Important Note:

1. There is a transparent plastic protective film on the screen that can be removed before using.

2.If your original motherboard and controller look the same as ours,  all black plugs. then you can buy a motherboard or a controller to replace your broken one. If your original motherboard and controller are different from ours, you need to buy motherboard and controller together to replace your broken ones. Or it will not fit for your heater.

If you need to buy a set of controller, remote key and motherboard, please choose 3PC SET. If only LCD Switch & Remote is selected, the motherboard is not included; if only Mother Board is selected, the controller and remote key are not included.

Remote Control To Code instruction:

In Power Off state, press and hold Down button on the screen until HFR- is displayed on the screen to enter the Remote Control Pairing mode. Then press On button on the remote control to send out remote control code.If paring is successful, the machine will exit from Remote Control Pairing mode automatically. If paring fails, the machine will not enter power on state.If remote control code is not received in time, the machine will exit from Paring mode.

The parameter setting process (press and hold Up button to enter Setting mode)

1.Time Setting → Press Up or Down button to adjust the parameters → set the value for Hour (24-hour system)and Minute in tun, and press OK button to confirm and enter the next setting.

2.Auto Power-on Setting → Default setting is off and the screen shows loF. Press Up button to activate and the screen shows loN,and then press OK button to enter set the value for Hour and Minute in turn. Time is set as countdown, and the maximum is 99 minutes and 59 seconds.

3.Auto Power-offSetting ->Default setting is off and the screen shows 2oF.Press Up button to activate and the screen shows 2oN,and then press OK button to enter set the value for Hour and Minute in turn. Time is set as countdown, and the maximum is 99 minutes and 59 seconds.

Enter Management Password → Press Up and Down button to adjust. When the correct number is displayed, press OK button to enter the next digit. When the 4-digit password is entered correctly, press OK button to enter the next setting. If the number input is incorrect, it will return to the first digit for re-entering. If there is no need to adjust other settings, press Setting button to exit or wait 10 seconds to exit automatically.

4.Oil volume Setting → Press Up or Down button to adjust the minimum oil volume and then press OK button to confirm and enter the maximum oil volume settings Press Up or Down button to adjust the maximum oil volume and then press OK button to confirm and enter the next setting.  5.Fan Speed Setting → Press Up or Down button to adjust the minimum fan speed and then press OK button to confirm and enter the maximum fan speed settings Press Up or Down button to adjust the maximum fan speed and then press OK button to confirm and enter the next setting.

6.Working Voltage Setting → Mainboard working voltage can be adjusted only in power off state. Press Up or Down button to switch between working voltage.For a 12v system, adjust until the screen shows U-12, and for 24v, adjust to U-24. Before starting the machine, make sure the oil pump,engine and ignition plug can match each other so as to avoid damages.

7.Rotation Rate Signal Selection →The screen shows 5N-1.Press Up and Down button to adjust  Rotation Rate Signal. When the two magnets of the impeller are the same, 5N-2 should be selected. When the two magnets of the impeller are opposite or there's only one magnet, 5N-1(default setting)should be selected.Ifa wrong parameter is selected, the rotation rate can be double or half.

8.Ignition Plug Power Setting →The screen shows PF-5. Press Up and Down button to adjust the  parameter(1=35W,2=40W,3=45W,4=80W,5=85W,and 6=90W). The default is 5. The default setting is recommended. It should be adjusted only when the new parameter is verified.

9.Change Management Password → Initial display is oF. Press OK button to skip password  modification and save the modified parameter. For modification, press UP button and the screen  shows oN, then press OK. Press Up and Down button to adjust the numbers and press OK to skip to  the  next  digit.Press  OK  to  save  the  new  password  and  the  new  parameters  and  exit automatically.

Note: Time setting and Auto Power on/off'setting will take effect once it' s set. For the rest of the settings starting from Enter Management Password, user must press the OK button to confirm until all the rest of the settings are finished, so that the changes to the parameters can be saved.If the user exits before the last setting is confirmed, the changes will be lost and become invalid. Please check and remember the new password carefully to make sure you can enter the Settings next time.
