This is a beautiful Motorcycle Shriner Tassel Holder.  Finished in a polished silver tone, is filled with brilliant sparkling purple and black faceted rhinestones.  Has 2 military style clutch back pins on the back side. We have the exact same Tassel holder, except the motorcycle has all black rhinestones, item number 3030289.  These are brand new.  It measures 2.5 inches across.  Will ship in a nice gift box.  I am entering many more brand new beautifully designed Tassel Holders that are all very nicely constructed.  DO NOT USE THE PINS ON THE BADGE TO POKE THE HOLES IN THE ITEM YOU ARE ATTACHING IT TO.  THE PINS COULD BREAK OFF.  USE A SMALL NAIL, THUMB TACK OR ANYTHING ELSE BUT THE PINS ON THE BADGE.
