Recorded delivery is an option for UK buyers on payment. Overseas, Royal Mail do not offer tracking as standard but it is available at an extra £5 per order (RM fees for tracking overseas).

Items will be sent on cleared payment (NB: paypal echeques can take circa 7 days to clear).

Mail is rarely delayed by the Post office. If your item is delayed please contact us.

If you have any queries please do contact us and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours (usually much sooner), but this may take a little longer on some weekends.

Guidelines for item arrival:

UK: 2 - 7 days depending on postage rate, distance etc.

Europe: 5 - 14 days (Spain and Italy seem to be slow at times)

USA: 10-21 days (big cities can be fast, but mail slows to 4-6 weeks before Christmas)

Worldwide: 10 - 28 days (depends on country, destination etc.)
