NEW MFT Router Jig MkII - create a very accurate grid of 20mm holes on a workbench top in a simple and repeatable way
This template jig is designed to make an MFT work bench with very accurately spaced 20mm diameter holes, that are spaced in a grid across the work bench. The benchtops are supported with a wide range of accessories that are used with 20mm bench dogs . A must for any wood worker. These MFT benchtops allow for lots of clamping options and also assist in increasing the accuracy and ease of cutting material.
The MFT MkII Router Jig features the following improvements:
IMPORTANT : The guide and cutter off set must be 2.5mm for the router template to work correctly. The off set is the difference between the by Guide Bush OD and bit diameter divided by 2. The maximum size guide bush this template will take is 25.00mm

The jig has 4 x 20mm alignment holes, 4 x 20mm Offset and 12 x guide holes to create accurately spaced 20mm holes at 96 mm centers and 48mm centers (for offset holes). The template is made from 12mm MR-MDF and has been CNC machined to very tight tolerances. The expandable bench dogs lock and center the template to the work piece, so no additional clamping is required. “How to use” instructions are provided in the kit.
