Vintage Mid Century Modern/Hollywood Regency Leon Rosen Pace Collection Glass&Brass 45° Table Base. Or Repurpose as Corner Console Table.

This is 1 of a usual set of 2 Leon Rosen Pace Collection Dining Room Table Base. The Last 3 photos are Examples of the complete set, Not Included! So this can be used to replace a missing/broken base. Or it can be an added piece to your existing Pace Collection. Repurposed as a Corner/Console Table, or as a Corner Display Piece. All that would be needed is a matching piece of glass to match the top. Or make your own custom top out of wood or marble. The Glass Top in the photos is just an example of it's potential. The Glass Top is NOT INCLUDED. It doesn't even fit quite right, so you wouldn't want it anyway. Same goes for the Brass Mermaid, NOT INCLUDED. Just a visual example of potential possibilities as a display piece.

The Pace Collection Base Consists of 2 Brass fittings forming corner joints between two pieces of 3/4" glass. Pace was the only company to make this type and style of table with right angles of metal with screws to gently tighten the thick glass to the metal. ‘The Pace Collection’ was a high end furniture company that ceased trading in 2001. The company was founded by Irving and Leon Rosen in New York City in circa 1971. The first showroom was located on East 62nd Street to offer its fine furniture and services to the contract interior design trade. The Pace Collection line of desks, tables and cabinets was distinguished by the unique Rosen style employing rich, exotic materials having high-gloss finishes with polished brass and/or  chrome-plated trim. The Rosens patented many of their designs. All pieces were essentially custom made to order and therefore not mass produced. Production figures of the furniture were known only to the Rosens, but the PRICES reflected the hand craftsmanship and the very limited production.

Condition: Very Good Pre-Owned Vintage Condition. The Glass has minor wear with some light scratches mostly on the top edge and bottom edge. With 1 small chip on the corner that can be seen in the photos. The entire piece is symmetrical, top to bottom side to side. So chip can be positioned in least visible location. It's quite difficult to see as is. Overall the piece is in great usable condition.

Approx Measurements- Overall: H=28"xD=13"xW=26½".

Each Glass Panel: H=28"xW=17¾"x3/4" Thick. Weight=68lbs.

Base will be disassembled for safer and more affordable shipping. Reassembly is as easy as installing 4 Screws. I can provide instructions if needed.
