I have used original vintage Selro pharaoh cabochons and created molds;  I then hand form and paint each piece individually, using polymer clay. These are not perfectly identical from left to right; there are slight variations, which when worn, do not detract at all (unless your ears are right next to each other). Though dramatic, these are lightweight , durable and comfortable to wear.
