Size S (44mm x (55mm+15mm): Recommended for women who have never delivered vaginally or have delivered by caesarean section.
Size L (47mm x (55mm+20mm): Recommended for women who have delivered vaginally.
How to use:
To insert:
1. Wash your hand and Menstrual Cup with soap and water.
2. Fold into a U-shape (Refer to illustration)
3. Gently insert Menstrual Cup into the Vagina.
4. Rotate the cup to ensure it is fully open and securely in the vagina
Note: The bottom of the cup should be levelled with the vulvar lips.
To Remove:
1. Crouch down
2. While holding the cup, push it slightly to allow some air to enter and pull out the cup.
3. Hold the bottom of the cup while releasing to prevent any spilling
4. Discard the contents and wash your hand and the cup
5. Soak Menstrual Cup in warm and dry it before returning it to the carrying package.
