We reserve the right to upgrade the postal method from that advertised for consolidated higher value orders . If items are returned to us undelivered for any reason we reserve the right to charge accordingly for re-dispatch. Please note Royal Mail guidelines for delivery 1st class 1-2 days ,2nd class 2-3 days , Ebay say next day , but royal mail 1st class is not guaranteed next day service , please bear this in mind when expecting your parcels . SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours(excluding weekends/bank holidays). Items purchased after 2pm will be dispatched following day. Items purchased after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. If you need anything urgently please contact us through ebay messages. We will always try and help you. Postage charges are based on the cost of all packaging and sending your item to you, not just price on package, please bear this in mind when leaving stars for postage. 5 stars highest , 1 star lowest .
TERMS OF SALE
If you are not happy with your item contact us immediately through ebay messages, before opening a case against us with ebay. All our items are checked before dispatch, but sometimes damage occurs in the postal system. All damaged/faulty goods are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.Unfortunately earrings and pierced items are non returnable due to hygiene regulations, unless faulty or damaged. Contact us regarding any returns. We will only pay return postage on faulty or damaged items, to be agreed before returning.We do need to receive either the damaged item back or a photo of the damage before we can issue a refund . Please allow plenty of time for your item to arrive , items are not officially lost or missing until 10 working days have past , at such time we will assume responsibility in claiming for any loss and sorting the problem out for you . Claims of non receipt must be made within 30 days of Ebay's estimated delivery date .
