The back is black and has 3 rows of 13 adjustable hooks.  Spiral boned around.

Front from center top to bottom is 12".

The back from top to bottom of hooks is 9.5".

This beautiful item is new with tags but may have been tried on in store before I acquired it.

Hand washing is advised before wearing any garment.
