This charm is made by Yuta Shimizu of "Ruchie", which has a workshop in Hakone, using the traditional Japanese marquetry technique.
The natural wood texture goes very well with the leather of the Traveler's notebook. The dark brown color combines walnut and other trees such as birch wood to create a subdued tone. The texture of solid natural wood changes more and more as it is used. Please use it by inserting the rubber band of your TRAVELER'S notebook through the hole on the side.
