Any items returned to us due to a change of mind will be accepted but we will not refund the original outbound postage costs we incurred and you will be responsible for return shipping to us.

All machinery should be installed and set up by a competent person. It is the new owners responsibility to take his or her own precautions in the safe installation, recommission and pre operation training prior to use. All electrical items should be tested and certified by a competent qualified person before use. This is because any new piece of machinery installed will create a new draw on your existing electrical circuit which may overload your fuse board and cause a trip or other malfunction.
