We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Once we receive your payment and desired personalization, we will begin to work on your order ASAP! Due to the fact that this is a personalized product, please allow up to 10-20 business days before your RING is able to be shipped. We work hard on all our products and want to make sure your personalization comes out exactly the way you want it! A shipping notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on weekends. Free Shipping only applies to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. 


RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

We stand behind our products. Our return policy states that items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days on the buyer's expense. The package must be in the same condition it was received.  Please be advised, if the item is shipped back to us in unprotected envelopes it will most likely arrive damaged. In that case, the buyer will not be refunded for his return/exchange. If the item is received damaged, regardless if it is the shipping carriers fault, we will issue a full refund to the buyer and ship him a brand new RING on our expense.
