Shipping Note to Buyers:   The price and shipping quoted below only applies to shipments to the lower 48 states in the U.S.  A higher rate will apply to locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Shipping rates to these locations will usually add another $30.00 to the cost of an order.  We are very sorry that we cannot accommodate shipments outside of the lower 48 U.S. states better.  Please feel free to contact the buyer about a prospective purchase.
