This hat is either wool or felt. I am not sure how to tell. I researched it and found many similar to it (by the same maker) that said they were wool. But unless it is MARKED wool, I won't claim that. So I am gonna say it is either wool or felt and leave it up to you to decide. If it matters that it IS wool, I would suggest passing since we cannot be certain.

Measures Inside the hat, the width seems to be about 7" wide left to right and about 7" deep front to back.

The Circumference of the inside is 22".

Condition: There are some minor signs of wear/use/age. It is a little dusty and needs to be brushed/wiped.  

The inner band which appears to be faux leather has a cracked area.
