Conditions:
Jacket/Sleeve: VG- (shelf and seam wear, top seam split about 6" on right hand side, bottom seam split about 4" on right hand side, old music store sticker on top center of back cover)
Vinyl: VG+ (fantastic gloss, a few light surface scuffs, plays well on my turntable with occasional light background noise)
