Zeppelin Aero Works Strausberg STX Skateboard Deck.

Owned by Bud Stratford and Laura Richards, Zeppelin Aero Works might well be the very first skateboard company in history to be aimed exclusively at the adult market. Inspired by late '70s and early '80s skateboards, our boards are scaled up to fit adult-sized frames. Team includes Jim Gray (G&S, Haro, Blockhead, Artschool), Laura Thornhill (Logan Earth Ski), Wentzle Ruml IV (Zephyr, Dogtown, Deathbox), Mike Kitchen (Toxic, Millennium), and amateurs Maximillian Doty, Cody Bellgardt, and Kevin Dukes Westfall.

Brand new deck, in shrink, with factory-wrapped stickers and postcard.

Special Introductory Edition deck, only 50 made.

This model is the The Strausberg STX, which features a smoothly rockered U-concave that, when flipped upside down, becomes a biaxial camber. The board can be ridden either way, either right-side-up or upside down, and the graphics are printed on both sides to accommodate this; we recommend clear grip to let the graphics shine through. Dimensions are:

Width: 8.25"
Length: 31.25"
Nose: 3.375"
Tail: 4.50"
Wheelbase: 19.00"

Recommended setup:

This deck was designed around Bennett 4.3 trucks and 62mm Bennett Alligator wheels; 65mm Orangatang Love Handles are also a team favorite. Can run any small, narrow truck, such as Ace oos, Tracker Dart Midtracks, Tracker Dart Fulltracks, Bear Polar Bear 105s, Bullet 6.9s, Paris 108s, and Independent 109s, along with any soft, offset bearing cruiser/longboard wheel.
