The cover shows some soiling and has a small tear near the top of the spine. This tear also affects the title page. The pages are well bound together but have pulled away from the bottom staple of the cover. For the most part all of the pages are clean and bright though there is some foxing/soiling here and there. 112 pages. Measures 6 inches wide by almost 9 inches tall.
