At Shipping Things 24/7, we do our best to offer the highest quality products to our customers. In the rare instance a return is necessary, please review our return policy & terms and conditions below prior to submitting a return claim as it may affect the return. See below for answers to some common questions:

• All of our items listed on Ebay are allocated to our Ebay sales team. We have a separate inventory allocation for each Ebay listing.
• We try our best to describe everything as possible. If the product is brand new, we will use stock photos (because clearly, those are the best photos). If the product is New Open Box or Used, we will take our own photos to show the actual condition.
• We are required to collect sales tax for the following states: CA (10.25%)
• Most products CAN be returned for a refund within 30 days after your product has been shipped. Your refund will have a deduction for the intial shipping and return shipping costs, and has to be in it's original packaging.
• If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item or a refund will not be granted. We must also receive the item back within 5 days of contacting us.
• We will provide the buyer with a return shipping label at an additional cost (label at buyers expense).
• Any used, factory recertified, certified pre-owned, new open box, like new in box, used no box, or products in any other condition (other than new) will be clearly marked as such on the listing and on your invoice.
