Shipping: Ships by First Class Mail.  Tracking is always provided and is uploaded into your eBay and PayPal account.  If shipping outside of USA, customs fees may apply and are paid by the buyer.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
