A Wonderfully unique and whimsical Assemblage Art DOLL crafted from repurposed Antique and Vintage findings ~

This sweet babe measures 20 inches tall, a one of a kind art doll crafted from multiple findings - a vintage lard tin and an ice cream carton for the body, a vintage Horsmann ‘dolly dimples’ doll head, celluloid doll arms and legs, a metal spatter ware funnel for a hat, celluloid rings, dice, a four leaf clover button and various vintage wooden game pieces.

Please note:

I do not take apart intact collectible antique dolls.

I only use damaged, broken or discarded doll parts that cannot be restored. Many of the old pieces I use have been dug out from German dump sites or reclaimed from garbage bins.

I consider myself an recycle-artist as I am reviving or ‘up-cycling’ old forgotten pieces, creating art from components that would otherwise very likely end up in the many already over loaded garbage dump sites around the world.
