How does the return via ebay work? - Enter "My eBay"

- Click on "Return this item"
- Select the reason why you want to return the item, indicating a small description
- Click on "Request a return"
The only conditions we ask of you are inherent to the product: - it must not have been used (only for size testing, in the case of clothing, to avoid this type of return we recommend always consulting the size table before buying), therefore it must be intact
- it must not have suffered any kind of damage
- must have the tag attached and be in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted without prior request through the "ebay return" procedure and the relative authorization from us.

The new ebay review system allows not only the release of feedback but also a star rating to evaluate the quality of the seller.
1 or 2 stars is extremely bad, 3 and 4 stars is not enough, 5 stars is SUFFICIENT.
I invite you to evaluate this choice well as releasing a positive comment with 4 stars means not giving the seller enough credit and therefore submitting it to analysis by the ebay department.
