This is in excellent condition. Great paint condition as shown. Virtually no paint chips besides for a few small ones scattered as shown, but virtually not noticeable to the naked eye. The wheels roll real nicely. This vehicle has been kept in very nice condition and obviously put away and not used much at all. Manufactured in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Beautiful bright yellow paint color. Note that this vehicle is lacking just the peg (Not the base) for towing at rear
