The camera is powered by a rechargeable battery and appears to fully function as intended consistent with our testing below - we do not test cameras past these indications so understand that prior to purchase.

Internal memory, SD or memory card retain picture after restarting camera: yes - tested with 256MB memory stick pro.

Lens, LCD and Camera body cosmetically:  Spiderwebbing on LCD screen.  Not cracked externally - just internally - so LCD still usable.  Please see last picture.

Your purchase will include:  Camera functioning consistent with above, lens wipe, strap.  Unless noted it will not come with a charger or anything else not specifically listed  - but we will charge any rechargeable battery prior to shipping so that you can test it on receipt.  

Shipping: Camera's are almost always shipped next business day to include Saturdays.  Camera's are either shipped first class mail, if under 15.9 ounces or by USPS ground shipping.  Please note that typically cameras arrive on schedule but the postal service has had recent issues with delay in processing within their system - something we cannot control - but we do try to check in with you if we see significant delays or any notification from USPS that your package is held up and run tracking.  Once a camera shows delivered to your address that you have supplied then please understand that we cannot provide additional support or refunds.  You may have additional options with USPS in terms of a lost package claim. 

Change in address:  Once with the postal service we cannot change your shipping address - you however may be able to for a fee with USPS - and since we ship quickly please let us know right away.   We are happy to work on updating your address if you put in the wrong one prior to shipping.

Mistake in purchase:  If you purchased by mistake and the camera has not yet shipped we will cancel without issue.  If it is a bid, please note we cannot cancel in auctions

Limited Return Policy:  We do not offer returns generally consistent with Ebay policy.  However, if upon receipt your camera does not function consistent with testing above - we will offer free return shipping and a refund on return.  We do our best to ensure that each camera meets these standards, but again understand that the camera and battery are typically used unless noted and so we cannot warrant these items and we cannot accept returns based on issues outside of our testing parameters.  Please also look closely at the pictures and our testing notes.  You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the camera does not meet any of the testing standards.  We are very responsive and will work with you on a return as needed within this timeframe or another accommodation.   If you have very low feedback - given issues with previous customers - please understand that we will require a return of the item - no exceptions.
