An advanced image transmission system that supports wireless and wired LAN, with enhanced network functions including IEEE802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth unit compatibility.

In addition, basic functions have been further enhanced, such as advanced remote shooting functions using a Web browser. In conjunction with compatible cameras, the system allows for even more flexible shooting.

In addition to IEEE802.11b/g, IEEE802.11a in the 5GHz band is also supported. In addition to IEEE802.11b/g, it also supports IEEE802.11a in the 5GHz band for more stable high-speed communication.

Three communication modes are provided: FTP communication (FTP), EOS Utility (PTP), and WFT server (HTTP).

Wired LAN image transmission via Ethernet (100BASE-TX) connection is also possible.
