DJS-1000 is a stand-alone DJ sampler with a highly operable user interface, rich input/output interfaces, and performance functions as a new instrument that can be comfortably combined with DJ equipment and various other instruments for DJ/live performance.
In addition to freely playing musical phrases while combining with sequencers and loop instruments, the sampler also features a large 7-inch touch display, 16 large multi-colored large step input keys, 16 large rubber pads with highly accurate velocity detection, and "LIVE SAMPLING" that can be used instantly as a track, and other performance features that expand the range of your performance.
Main Functions
Step Sequencer
Equipped with 16 large multi-colored step input keys that can be typed while keeping track of each track's sequence information and track color, making it easy to create new grooves.
Performance Pad
The performance pad features 16 large rubber pads with built-in multi-color illumination and high-precision velocity detection. The pads can be tapped with varying intensity for more expressive pad playing.
Touch Strip
The full-color LCD touch display on the display section provides instant access to the screen you need, depending on your playing situation. In addition to the "HOME" screen, which displays information on the sample sound source assigned to each track using color expressions and instrument icons linked to the pads, the "SEQUENCE" screen displays the sequence pattern being played in an easy-to-understand manner, and the "MIXER" screen allows you to check the volume balance of each track. Accurate synchronized performance with various external devices and systems
In addition to clock synchronization with MIDI-compatible equipment, the "BEAT SYNC" function with PRO DJ LINK-compatible DJ systems such as the CDJ-2000NXS2 and XDJ-1000MK2 enables synchronized performance of tracks played on a DJ multi-player and this unit, beat by beat and bar by bar. The TEMPO SLIDER and NUDGE functions can also be used to quickly adjust tempo and beat position manually, just as with a multi-player.
LIVE SAMPLING
The "LIVE SAMPLING" function allows you to easily sample the input sound and use it as a track. The sampled sound is automatically synchronized with the sequence and looped for immediate use in remix performances.

Easy-to-use audio effects are provided to dynamically change the tone of any track.
Enclosure designed to fit in a DJ booth
