Return, Warranties and Refunds

Refund available within 14 days from delivery date, subject to items being returned unopened & unused.

Non faulty items returned after this period will be liable for a restocking fee.

All products supplied will come with a manufacturer warranty of either 1 or 2 years dependant on the manufacturer, starting automatically from the date of purchase. Product registration is not usually required. Please contact us for warranty assistance on how to book a repair request with the manufacturer.

If a defect is reported, item will be tested on receipt. If item is found to be defective a full refund will be issued. If no defect is found or is due to buyer damage or remorse, a fee may be deducted from the refund, due to non-fault of goods and no longer re-salable at same price point.

Return postage will be at buyers cost when returning due to change of mind, no longer needed, better price or accidental orders.

Items returned with broken seals, missing accessories or physical damage will be rejected or charged restocking.

All software/Games, Beauty products with broken security seal will not be refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards and debit cards.

Shipping

SKYWISH dispatches all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

All items, are shipped via UPS, Parcel force, Myhermes and Royal Mail signed for services and tracking number will be provided. In case if any item is delayed or lost, seller's help will be available through amazon message service.

All international items are shipped via UPS, DPD and Royal Mail international signed for delivery method.

No item will be classified as lost until 15 working days are passed from the date of dispatch. No new item will be sent within 15 working days of the date of dispatch.

Failed delivery attempts are usually carded by post persons, and can be tracked on respective website. You must contact the local delivery depot in case of any delay.

After 15 days a new item will be dispatched or will be refunded if we are out of stock.

All items are dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.

All expedited paid items are dispatched within 1-2 working days depending on the availability

Failed deliveries returned to us will incur a re-delivery charge at the full cost of the original shipping. It is buyer's responsibility to contact us and trace the item if an item is returned to us.

For delivery royal mail 48 hours free and royal mail special delivery 1 to 2 days 10 pounds or royal mail second class recorded delivery free. Royal mail special delivery £10.00 1 to 2 days.

Returns

We offer a 30 days return policy. During this time, you can return you order to us for a full refund. Returns can be requested via the Online Returns Centre of your Amazon account - select ‘Return Items’. If you are returning an entire order our refund to you will include the basic cost of delivery. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the receipt of your return and after inspection at the warehouse.

Exclusions to the above include CDs, DVDs, software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items, and tailor-made or personalised items. This list is not exhaustive and is not limited to goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery, have been opened or used, or are not suitable for resale.

Returning Faulty Goods
If you have received wrong item, faulty or damaged item please contact us so that we can arrange return of the order at our expense. We will organise a replacement/full refund as soon as possible.
