We send all our items via Australia Post with tracking. I will always combine postage and depending on size/weight send via the cheapest method.

Most of our products weigh less than 10-20grams ea pack, are in clamshell packaging which are less than 20mm thick.

Returns Policy:

Items will be refunded or exchanged on another product to the same value in the case of faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, please note we are not responsible for damaged parcels once they’ve been posted to you. 

Postage costs cannot be reimbursed for any reason.
