Advice for Buying Tools Online

• Get Tools Direct is an authorised Australian dealer.
• Australia's warranty policies only covers product that are sold by Authorised Australian dealers.
• Products that are purchased from providers that obtain products outside of Australia may not be built to Australian standards and can be deemed illegal to operate in Australia.
• Manufacturers cannot guarantee the availability of spare parts for products that are purchased from suppliers that obtain products from other countries.
• If a power tool that is not certified for use in Australia is deemed to be the cause of an accident or incident. Possible insurance claims can be made void.

Shipping

• All products will be packaged with care and sent in new condition.
• Postage cost differs depending on product weight. Please refer to the the 'Postage and Payments' tab at the top of the page.
• We use Australia Post, StarTrack and Fastway Couriers for delivery.

Warranty

• We will honour all warranties as offered by manufacturers.
• All warranty claims can be dealt with at your closest authorised repair agent or dealer.
• Please fill in your warranty card or register online if required on a purchase of any product.
• If products are to be returned to Get Tools Direct for warranty claims all freight charges between ourselves and the end user will be at the expence of the purchaser.

Return Policy

The buyer shall inspect the goods when received and must notify Get Tools Direct within three(3) days of delivery of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.

If the buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
