Radio Shack 4x4 Off Roader V8 Wild 77 RC Monster Truck With Box Tested partially working

Truck is in good condition with very minor scratching and minor sticker wear. Tires look very good. Both truck and controller turn on (red light) correctly, however truck does not move or turn. There are a lot of switches so maybe I am doing something wrong. The antenna looks like the very end is broken off. Box is ok with wear but displays well with a sticker on top. Styrofoam is good with one chunk missing on the side but truck is secure in box. See pics free shipping.
