pre-owned.  One has a few small deep scuffs concentrated in one area near the top back.  The other has a small impression on the front side of the top swirl area.  I will include new clip cushions in case you want to add for a better fit.  Clips are not loose.  These earrings have a combined weight of 46.1 grams.  They are marked Von Musulin Sterling 925.  They measure 2" x 1 1/18" x 3/4".
