The MIN series is a smaller design series that uses less yarn.

Most designs have multiple parts. 

For example 

PRE-747 Crochet Vanessa 1987 has directions for making the dress (skirt and sleeves) and hat.

or 

BOY-784 13" Soldier, 1989 has directions for making the shirt, pants, helmet, canteen, and backpack with straps and boots.
