Returns of unopened, unused items accepted for refunds per eBay policy. Partially used items will not be refunded, and items (including electronics) returned for refund must be in the same condition as they were sent to you to be eligible for refunds. Items returned due to Buyer's remorse (changed your mind even though it was received in the same condition as advertised here and was exactly as described in this listing) will be a partial refund for restocking fees to offset shipping costs.
