1. The A and B terminals are not distinguished between positive and negative, and can be directly connected to both ends of the load resistance of the HART smart transmitter;
2. The RST reset pin is generally directly connected to the power supply;
3. RXD, TXD, OCD, RTS connect to TTL serial port;
4. OCD is serial carrier detection, generally not connected. OCD of 1 means that the input waveform amplitude is greater than 120mV, OCD of 0 means less than 80mV;
5. RTS is high, the module is in demodulation mode, otherwise it is in modulation mode. It can be connected to an IO pin when connected to a microcontroller;
6. R/T is the transceiver indicator, the blue LED flashes when working;
7. PWR is the power indicator, the red LED is always on after the power is turned on;
8. Input power range: 2V~5.5VDC. (Generally recommended to use 3V, 3.3V, 3.6V or 5VDC)
A USB to TTL port module, combined with a 5700 host module, can quickly build a HART weekly modem based on the USB virtual south port, which is simple and easy to use.
The wiring is as follows:
7. Short-circuit +5V and Vio on the USB to TTL board.
2. +5V-----Vald3.+5V------RST4.CD-------OCD
5.Tx----TXD
6. RTS-------RTS
7Rx-------RXD
8.GND------GND
