RETURNS

* Returns are accepted and to be paid by buyer within 14 days unless item states sold as is. If item does not meet expectations I will refund the purchase once the item is returned and is in the same condition it was sent in. I do not offer partial refunds.

SHIPPING

* I carefully pack every item, ship within one business day with the USPS or UPS, (price calculated by eBay with buyer's zip code), and I do not charge a handling fee.  Sometimes eBay overcharges for shipping costs, if this is the case i refund it if it’s a significant amount. I also offer combined shipping on multiple items if they can safely ship together. If you would like to combine shipping on multiple items, please message me before checkout and we will work together to get what you need. I believe in sustainable/eco-friendly shipping and will reuse packaging when appropriate. Delicate items are carefully packed and usually in new boxes and are insured.
