Shipping

Items are shipped by JP BH POSTA airmail. It usually takes about 20 working days for delivery (buyers outside Europe). In Europe estimated delivery is 10 working days. Each item will be send as registered letter with tracking number.  

Returns

If you have any questions for the items you received, Please e-mail me at once. I will resolve it for you ASAP, if you are not happy with the item you purchased, return is acceptable within 3 days after you received the item. I will make refund as soon as I get back the item.  Please draw attention that shipping and handling fees for returned items should be paid by you.
