You can track your order in your ebay account. We'll also send delivery updates when your order is on its way.
How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. Please contact us via ebay message in your ebay account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to return your product to us after you have received it.
How do I return a product?

If you have changed your mind, please contact us via your ebay account. The refund will take five to ten working days to process from the day we receive your return. We will make refunds using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Do products come with a warranty?

All Samsung products sold by Samsung on ebay have our manufacturer’s warranty or our refurbished products warranty.
