Instructions:
1. Avoid washing with alkaline solutions to prevent glass from losing weight due to corrosion and stainless steel parts from leaking water and air.
2. Before use, the sampler should be immersed in the solution and pulled back and forth several times to expel the bubbles inside the needle tip. Otherwise, it will affect the accuracy of analysis and capacity progress. After use, it should be cleaned immediately to prevent the needle tip from clogging or sticking.
3. If stainless steel oxides (such as blackening) are found inside the injector, which affects normal use, they can be removed by dipping a small amount of soapy water on the stainless steel core and pulling it back and forth several times, and then cleaning it.
4. The capacity indicator of the non liquid micro injector should not exceed the mark. If the core is accidentally pulled out, it can be reassembled. The needle nut must be screwed out first, and then the core must be patiently threaded through the silicone rubber washer. Then, the nut should be aligned with the needle hole to push the core forward. It should not be directly threaded in to avoid bending the stainless steel wire.
5. The needle tip of the sampler should not be burned by fire to prevent the needle tip from annealing and losing its puncture ability. If the needle tip is blocked, it is recommended to use stainless steel wire with a diameter of 0.1mm for serial communication.
