Return & Refund Policy

• Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition to be accepted for an exchange or a refund. 
• All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
• If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 
• We do not refund shipping charges. (If there is any.)
• Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. 
• Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. Ebay will notify you once the refund process is done.
• An important note: All returning watches will be video recorded upon arrival by the Postal service as evidence for the authority if we received an empty box or something else other than the original item that you've purchased.
