Merchandises being listed for sales must pass our Quality Inspection Process. Our Quality Control Department must inspect the merchandise before it being listed and before it is shipped out to buyers to ensure our Quality Guarantee.
When receiving the furniture, it is very important that you inspect all the item’s condition before signing the receipt. We can not process and authorize an exchange/replacement on any damage/shortage not listed on the receipt. If you notice any damage or defect, please follow these steps:
1. Make note on the receipt about the defect.
2. Receive the merchandise in good order and refuse only the damage piece(s).
3. Contact us within 3 days from the day of receiving.
4. We will arrange exchange, replacement for the defective/damaged unit in timely manner.
If you are not satisfied with the furniture, no problem, we have a 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee. We will issue a refund to you minus all shipping charges and 15% restocking fee upon receiving the merchandise in original package, undamaged, unassembled and new condition. Any damage may occur to merchandise during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, therefore, please make sure you pack the return merchandise carefully.
