There were many great Assay Commission Medal designs from the 1920's, and this is one of them! Both the obverse and reverse were engraved by George T. Morgan, the same engraver that produced the Morgan Silver Dollar coin! The reverse features and eagle with a plaque with the date, 1924. 

This one was awarded to Ryan Freed. The edge is stamped "MR. RYAN A. FREED".
