Vintage Texas Instruments industrial camera MC-390P. Tested, works. I connected it to TV and also PC monitor - both show video. I can't find datasheet / user manual,  don't know sensor model number - so here are measured specs: pixel clock 7.375MHz, VD 50Hz, HD 15.625KHz, active pixels 390x292, frame-transfer CCD. 12v power supply included. Sensor head is separate from camera body - cable included. Adjustable C-mount - missing set screw - I added 4-40 nylon thumb screw to keep mount fixed. Should extend from blue base by about 6.5mm for correct C-mount distance. SENSOR IS MISSING COVER GLASS - means - naked micro wires - don't touch sensor! Just use blower to remove dust - don't wipe it. It's clean - one scratch on non-imaging half. I don't know if cover just fell off because epoxy aged - or it was removed on purpose - to improve UV response - perhaps... Camera has auto adjustable gain - if you overexpose it too much - blank gray spot appears with raining columns - this is normal artefact for these sensors - just stop down the aperture.
