It is your responsibility to accept any postage cost for returning including items that are incorrectly ordered, this also includes any items and exchanges required to be shipped from the seller back to the purchaser.
Boards are fully tested prior sale and shipping, however in the event of goods received found to be faulty, goods will be replaced like for like upon its successful return to the supplier.
On returning of any purchased goods, goods must be returned within the same packaging and in the same re-saleable condition as it was received this also includes any faulty goods.
Any goods opened, unboxed and/or fitted (used) prior return are deemed as used or not new, where the purchaser may be liable for a part refund to any goods items that are returned and require an inspection or test and/or not in a fit re-saleable condition.
Returned goods will not be accepted or credited, if it has been opened and/or any circuitry serial numbers or labels are removed/tampered with or goods damaged, modified or seals broken and clear evidence of goods being opened (dismantled).
All returning goods (goods returned) must be correctly insured by purchaser to the value of the goods purchased, returning goods must be sent signed for.
Any returning goods, lost or damaged by shipping will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the sender to follow up on any shipping insurance claims for any goods returned damaged or lost.
Information on installing replacement parts/goods
Circuit boards or (IC's) should be completed by a skilled engineer or technician that has the required knowhow or skillset of this product, goods ordered
PSU's (power supply) must be checked and anti static precautions taken prior fitting!!
DIP (16) Switches may be required to be set to correspond with the gaming machine

Boards are a number of years old depending on its version,
Pluto boards are not new and may come with signs usage.
Understandably gaming machines or fruit machines along with any other mechanical and electronic items
that resides within can be up or 15+ years, hence can't offer any warranty on boards due to no control on the condition or operational state of other controls/electromechanical equipment/units (Example: Reels, Hoppers, Coin Mechanism, Power Supplies) within the gaming or fruit machine and/or the possible damage and premature failure of the circuit board supplied or if the replacement board will rectify any faulty you may be experiencing with your gaming machine, however what we can offer is a video of the board in full operation upon request prior purchase or exchange that fall within our Terms and Conditions, giving you the confidence, this sale item is in full working condition.
